ShoBox Weigh-in Results: Galarza, Hurd Both on Point

ShoBox: The New Generation will return to Las Vegas Saturday night and after a few rounds of shuffling fighters and matchups during the past week, the card will go on as planned. The event will be held inside the Hard Rock Hotel Casino and will be headlined by a junior middleweight showdown between Frank Galarza and Jarret Hurd.

Galarza (17-0-2, 11 KOs) tipped the scale officially at 154.5 pounds, as did Hurd (16-0, 10 KOs).

Co-featured fighters Serhiy Derevyanchenko (6-0, 4 KOs) and Jessie Nicklow (25-7-3, 8 KOs) both made the super middleweight limit. They weighed 164.75 and 165.5 pounds, respectively.

The action will be televised live on Showtime beginning at 10:45 p.m. ET/7:45 p.m. PT.
