While the masses obsess over the UFC 96 “Jackson vs. Jardine” main
card this Saturday at the Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio, mixed
martial arts diehards know the undercard is loaded with quality
bouts featuring some of the promotion’s most entertaining
fighters.
From the brawling excellence of Aaron Riley to the long-range precision of Tamdan McCrory, strikers will certainly put their stamp on the evening’s proceedings. Not to be outdone, a pair of grappling demigod B.J. Penn’s disciples -- Shane Nelson and Kendall Grove -- are lined up to show off some jiu-jitsu funkiness.
