By the Numbers: UFC Fight Night 226
Ciryl Gane made Sergey Spivak his personal punching bag.
The Frenchman rebounded from a disheartening loss to Jon Jones in emphatic fashion, as he picked Spivak apart en route to a second-round technical knockout victory in the UFC Fight Night 226 main event at Accor Arena in Paris on Saturday. “Bon Gamin” has won two of his last three Octagon appearances and quiets the doubters who questioned his status as one of the sport’s top big men in the wake of the Jones defeat. Spivak, meanwhile, sees a three-bout winning streak come to an end.
