How to Watch DWCS 2023, Week 2
Ten competitors from five weight different classes will attempt to secure an Ultimate Fighting Championship contract during Week 2 of Dana White’s Contender Series on Tuesday at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. The promotion signed five fighters from the Season 7 debut on Aug. 8: Tom Nolan, Cesar Almeida, Caio Machado, Payton Talbott and Kevin Borjas.
DWCS 2023, Week 2—which streams to ESPN+ at 7 p.m. ET/4 p.m. PT—features a lightweight clash pairing Abdul Kareem Al-Selwady with George Hardwick. Al-Selwady, 28, has held titles in the Fury Fighting Championship, Brave Combat Federation and Desert Force promotions. The Fortis MMA-trained Jordanian has rattled off four consecutive victories. Hardwick, meanwhile, enters the cage on the strength of an eight-fight winning streak. The 26-year-old Englishman last appeared on April 15, when he punched out Yann Liasse to retain the Cage Warriors Fighting Championship lightweight crown at CW 152.
