How to Watch One Championship on TNT 1
More than two years after a loss to Henry Cejudo in a flyweight title bout at UFC 227 signaled Demetrious Johnson’s exit from the Las Vegas-based promotion, “Mighty Mouse” has a chance to add some more championship hardware to his trophy case.

One on TNT 1 is the rare One Championship event that will air live on primetime in the United States. The main card kicks off on TNT at 10 p.m. ET and the Watch TNT app beginning at 10 p.m. ET/7 p.m. PT. On the West Coast, the main draw airs on TNT via tape delay at 10 p.m. PT. Meanwhile, the preliminary card is available via Bleacher Report, B/R App, B/R Live, B/R Live YouTube, and B/R MMA Twitter beginning at 8:30 p.m. ET/5:30 p.m. PT.
