Welcome back to the Sherdog Staff Pick 'Em, where this week we will attempt to pick the winners and losers for UFC on ESPN 21 or, if you prefer, UFC Vegas 22.

An already lean 12-fight card dropped to 11 bouts when Julija Stoliarenko collapsed on the scale at Friday's weigh-ins, leaving Julia Avila without a dance partner. The remaining fights feature three unanimous picks — Gregor Gillespie, Tai Tuivasa and Montel Jackson — as well as one chance for a picker to collect a Super Cojones Award, as official preview writer Tom Feely was the only one to pick Bruno Silva to spoil half of the Buys family UFC debut.
