UFC lightweight Jim Miller, UFC welterweight Charlie “The Spaniard” Brenneman and UFC middleweight Mike “The Master of Disaster” Massenzio have all signed a four fight contract extension with the UFC effective immediately.

UFC lightweight Jim Miller defeated Melvin Guillard with a rear-naked choke submission at 2:04 of the first round on the UFC's first-ever fight card on FX in January. With the win Jim moves to, 13-2 UFC and sends a statement that he is determined to take his place at the top of the UFC lightweight division. Next fight is May 5th, a recently announced main event, with title contender status on the line. The UFC event will take place at the IZOD Center in Jim’s home state of New Jersey against Cesar Gracie Jiu Jitsu Black Belt Nate Diaz.

UFC welterweight Charlie “The Spaniard” Brenneman was able to use his superior wrestling in his UFC on Fuel fight with Daniel Roberts last month and earn a unanimous decision win on all judges’ cards. With the win Brenneman moves to 4-2 in the UFC and improves to 3-1 in his past four Octagon appearances and is ready for the next step to a UFC welterweight title shot.

UFC middleweight Mike “The Master of Disaster” Massenzio currently has six fights in the UFC. Massenzio is looking to return to the win column in 2012 following a heel hook submission loss last month to UFC middleweight submission ace Rousimar Palhares at UFC Rio. In 2011 Massenzio went 1-1 with a solid decision win vs. Steve Cantwell at UFC 136 and a hard fought decision loss to Team Quest standout Krzysztof Soszynski. Massenzio will fight in the Octagon in May when the UFC returns to New Jersey on the 5th.
