Fight Network Presents Live UFC Fight Night™ from Fairfax Prelims, Pre & Post-Fight Coverage

24/7 television channel dedicated to complete coverage of combat
sports, today announced extensive live programming for UFC Fight
Night™: Mendes vs. Lamas this Saturday, April 4 from the Patriot
Center in Fairfax, Virginia.
Fight Network will televise the live prelims exclusively in Canada from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. ET. The main card is scheduled to air live on TSN2 at 1 p.m. ET.
The prelims include a women’s bantamweight showdown between former
title challenger Liz
Carmouche (9-5) and dangerous Alaskan Lauren
Murphy (8-1), perennial lightweight contender Gray
Maynard (11-4-1, 1NC) battles Russian sambo specialist Alexander
Yakovlev (21-6-1), Russian heavyweight Shamil Abdurakhimov
(15-2) clashes with once-beaten North Dakota native Timothy
Johnson (8-1), plus Maryland native Ron
Stallings (12-7, 1NC) meets Californian Justin
Jones (3-1) in middleweight action.
Live pre-fight coverage will lead into the prelims on Saturday morning with Fight Network’s UFC Pre-Show Live at 10 a.m. ET, featuring previews, predictions and analysis.
Post-fight coverage airs on Monday’s edition of 5 Rounds on Fight Network, which debuts at 7 p.m. ET and features a comprehensive breakdown of Saturday’s event.
The four-bout preliminary card will re-air on Saturday night at 8 p.m. ET leading into a live broadcast of Big Knockout Boxing from Las Vegas, featuring Gabriel Rosado against Curtis Stevens.
