Rewind: Author Justin Kingsley, Bellator's Jimmy Smith

A favored pastime of the hardcore MMA fan is speculating about why Georges St. Pierre fights the way he does. Justin Kingsley was tasked with answering that question, and he worked with St. Pierre during his injury hiatus to write a book about it. In the new release, "Way of the Fight," Kingsley, who is essentially GSP's brand manager, attempts to unpack and put into words what motivates, and what doesn't motivate, one of the greatest mixed martial artists of all time.

On the latest Sherdog Radio Network "Rewind," Kingsley joined host Jack Encarnacao in The Sitdown for an in-depth chat of how to objectively process and understand GSP, and what life experiences and philosophies inform the Canadian sports hero's fighting.

Also on the show, Bellator MMA color analyst Jimmy Smith joins Encarnacao in the Pro Perspective segment to drill down into what makes Jon Jones dominant, and how it's evidenced even in his quick victory over Chael Sonnen at UFC 159.
