By The Numbers: Devin Clark vs. William Knight
William Knight’s physical attributes made him an immediate curiosity when he joined the Ultimate Fighting Championship light heavyweight roster in 2020. Now, he has removed some of the restrictions that were present for him at 205 pounds.
The Thornton Martial Arts product will move to the heavyweight division when he collides with Devin Clark in the featured UFC on ESPN 34 prelim this Saturday at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. Knight has won five of his past seven bouts. However, he finds himself on the rebound following a unanimous decision loss to Maxim Grishin at UFC 271 in February. Clark, meanwhile, enters the cage on the heels of back-to-back defeats. He last competed at UFC Fight Night 192, where he was outpointed by Ion Cutelaba across three rounds on Sept. 18.
