By The Numbers: Jim Miller vs. Jared Gordon
Jim Miller makes a little bit of history every time he steps inside the Octagon.
The most prolific Ultimate Fighting Championship competitor of all-time will accept his 42nd assignment with the promotion—no one else has more than 39—when he confronts Jared Gordon in a UFC on ESPN 46 lightweight showcase this Saturday at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. Miller has won three of his last four fights. However, he finds himself on the rebound after a unanimous decision loss to Alexander Hernandez at UFC Fight Night 219 on Feb. 18. Gordon, meanwhile, has gone winless over his past two outings. The Kill Cliff Fight Club export last appeared at UFC Fight Night 222, where an accidental clash of heads resulted in a no contest with Bobby Green on April 22.
