By The Numbers: Terrance McKinney vs. Esteban Ribovics
Ultimate Fighting Championship lightweight prospect Terrance McKinney’s first promotional performance was what every debuting fighter yearns for. A fantastic seven-second knockout victory over Matt Frevola signaled that a new contender was planting his flag in the divisional landscape. The subsequent first-round rear-naked choke submission of Fares Ziam consolidated his authority. However, he has since rounded off a 3-3 record while getting finished in each of those three losses. Fortunately for McKinney, he has made up some ground and reversed fortunes, as he carries a two-fight winning streak into his UFC on ESPN 56 showcase opposite Esteban Ribovics this Saturday at the Enterprise Center in St. Louis. Ribovics fell short on his organizational debut in March 2023 but rebounded with a solid victory over Kamuela Kirk in July to move to 12-1 overall.
