CES MMA RETURNS TO FOXWOODS, LIVE ON AXS TV
Feb 18, 2016 Comments
(PRESS RELEASE) – PROVIDENCE, R.I. — Don’t be fooled; CES MMA takes
the show on the road to one of the premier hotel, gaming, shopping
and entertainment destinations in the Northeast — Foxwoods Resort
Casino in Mashantucket — on April 1!
In the main event, CES MMA World Welterweight Champion Chris Curtis defends his title against knockout artist and UFC veteran, “The Rock-n-Rolla” Nah-Shon Burrell.
Curtis is predicting another highlight finish similar to his
wrecking-machine performance in the demolition of former CES MMA
champ Gil de
Freitas. Burrell, who has showcased his skills cage for the
UFC, Bellator MMA and Strikeforce, is locked and loaded — and
gunning for another KO victory.
In the co-main event, two of the Northeast’s most exciting featherweights face off when “The Boston Finisher” Calvin Kattar takes on New York’s Kenny Foster.
“We are very excited to be showcasing CES MMA from the historic Fox Theater to a national audience live on AXS TV Fights,” stated Jimmy Burchfield Jr., CES MMA CEO. “Foxwoods, AXS TV and CES are a knockout combination.”
CES MMA 34 airs live on AXS TV FIGHTS on April 1 at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT with play-by-play and color commentary from UFC Hall of Famer Pat Miletich and "The Voice" Michael Schiavello.
