Beatdown: Karo 'The Heat' Parisyan

TJ De Santis and Jeff Sherwood returned to the Sherdog Radio Network Monday for another edition of “Beatdown.” Joining was Bellator welterweight Karo Parisyan.

Friday night in Bellator was a first in the career of Karo Parisyan. For the the first time, in a career spanning 18 years, “The Heat” finished an opponent via TKO. The Armenian-American made the trek from North Hollywood, California to the Sherdog Radio Network studios to talk about the come from behind victory over Ron Keslar. Parisyan also discusses his issues with pain medication, panic attacks, his perceived fall from grace and the effort to get his name back on top of mixed martial arts’ welterweight class.
