Steve Garcia Still Looks to Face Damir Hadzovic after UFC 275
Steve Garcia feels he has some unfinished business with Damir Hadzovic and plans to settle it as soon as possible. Garcia (12-4, 1-1 UFC) was supposed to face Hadzovic at UFC 275 before his opponent pulled out of their scheduled 155-pound tilt and was replaced by Maheshate Hayisaer. The Dana White’s Contender Series alum has won five of his past six bouts, including a second-round stoppage against Charlie Ontiveros at UFC Fight Night 194 in October. Now, the Jackson-Wink MMA representative hopes to add another victory to his record on Saturday. While “Mean Machine” isn’t overlooking his upcoming opponent, he is also thinking about a way to get inside the Octagon with Hadzovic.
